Candidate Requirements

• 6–9 months of experience running campaigns in the casino niche
• Practical expertise with Facebook Ads
• Recent campaign launch experience (within the last month)
• Understanding of arbitrage, analytics, and optimization
• Fluency in Russian
• Willingness to work on-site (remote format not available)

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Facebook Ads and Meta campaigns in the casino vertical
• Work with large advertising budgets
• Analyze traffic performance and optimize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives and hypotheses
• Select and test campaign strategies, including new GEOs (currently Turkey, with Italy and others planned)
• Maintain reporting and collaborate with creative and technical teams
• Ensure campaign stability and accuracy, including outside standard working hours if required
