The Role
We’re hiring aMedia Buyerto own and scale paid traffic profitably.
What You’ll Do:
- Run Meta, Google, and/or YouTube ad accounts
- Launch, test, and scale paid campaigns
- Manage budgets responsibly based on performance
Creative Testing Framework
- Build structured creative testing systems
- Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
- Feed performance insights back to creative strategy
Performance Optimization
- CPA
- MER
- Blended ROAS
- Control frequency, fatigue, and scaling risk
- Optimize landing page alignment with ads
Reporting & Insight
- Provide clear, concise weekly reporting
- Explain why performance changed — not just what changed
- Make confident recommendations backed by data
Who You Are
- You think in systems and experiments
- You understand the relationship betweencreative and media buying
- You can explain performance decisions in plain language
Experience Requirements
Required
- Proven experience managing paid ads for DTC brands
- Strong Meta Ads and/or Google/YouTube Ads
- Clear understanding of attribution and blended metrics
- Ability to work with creative teams effectively
Nice to Have
- Fitness, performance, or premium product experience
- Experience scaling brands beyond $100k/month
- Shopify familiarity
- Email/SMS performance awareness
