Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader at JS Energy
Responsibilities
- Lead, organise and develop the maintenance team
- Provide technical support to team members
- Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability
- Implement Continuous Improvement and maintenance strategies such as TPM and predictive maintenance
- Analyse breakdowns and drive root‑cause elimination
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing a maintenance team
- Proficient in maintenance KPIs, equipment lifecycle and spare parts management
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery design and operation
- Good knowledge of technical drawings and CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment: bearings, couplings, gearboxes
- Experience working with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
- Lead or participate in equipment improvement and implementation projects
- Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean methodologies and problem‑solving tools
- Knowledge of HSE practices, work permits and LOTO procedures
- Excellent diagnostic, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Valid SEP certification for voltages above 1 kV – Group 1: Supervision and Operation
