What You’ll Do:

• Technical advice within the scope of qualifications
• Preparation of technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence)
• Acting as a consultant/supervision inspector on construction projects
• Verification of building permit, execution designs and as‑built documentation
• Participation in the acceptance inspections of entire properties and installation works
• Verification of costs of works
• Advice on selecting contractors for construction and installation works

Qualifications

• Unlimited construction license to design and manage construction works in the installation specialization in the field of electrical installations and devices, or confirmed necessary professional experience and, within 6 months, readiness to obtain the above‑mentioned qualifications
• Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions with a focus on their practical application
• Fluent in Polish and English at a level that allows for fluent communication, including knowledge of industry terminology
• Experience in preparing technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence) is welcome
• Experience in the field of sustainable construction, innovation, technology, certification will be an asset
• Fluent in MS Office
• Driving license category B
• Willingness to travel to sites
