What you will be doing:

As a Mechanical Designer, your tasks will include creating mechanical designs in 3D and 2D workshop manufacturing drawings, as well as large assembly layouts for full production lines. You will work on assigned tasks and be part of larger teams on major factory projects globally, mainly in Europe and North America. The role requires willingness to travel, initially to Denmark for training, and later for project tasks (a few times per year). Candidates should be able to obtain visas for the US and Canada and must hold an active driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Designing machines and devices, including developing existing lines and designing new ones.
• Preparing technical drawings, models, and documentation compliant with mechanical directives.
• Managing data in Vault.
• Supporting assembly and commissioning of lines, including business trips to factory locations.
• Collaborating internationally with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, focusing on mechanical 3D constructions, preferably in Inventor.
• Experience with complex 3D mechanical designs and workshop drawings in Inventor.
• Proficiency in 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Data management experience with Vault or similar PDM systems.
• Knowledge of NavisWorks, Plant 3D, ReCap is advantageous.
• Ability to handle drawing versions systematically and distribute drawings securely.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Quality and results-oriented with high standards in deliverables.
• Structured mindset, good cooperation skills, and an open-minded personality.
