Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of electronic housings for automotive applications
• Design and development of parts using Siemens NX
• Design of sheet metal, die cast and plastic components
• Integration of PCB and electronic components into housings
• Consideration of EMC / ESD requirements in mechanical design
• Support of thermal management / heat dissipation concepts
• Application of GD&T and tolerance stack‑ups
• Work in Teamcenter (PLM) environment
• Close collaboration with electronics, manufacturing and project teams

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong background in automotive electronic hardware design
• Very good knowledge of Siemens NX (NX11 / NX12)
• Practical experience with sheet metal, die casting and plastic part design
• Hands‑on experience with Teamcenter
• Good understanding of EMC / ESD design principles
• Practical knowledge of thermal management for electronic units
• Solid experience with GD&T
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong team orientation and proactive mindset
