Requirements:
Hands-on experience and expertise in SAP MDG implementations (at least one full cycle project), focusing on areas such as data modeling (material/vendor), configuration, customization, and integration of SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP environments. This includes defining, structuring, and maintaining master data objects, ensuring their accurate representation and alignment with business processes.
Participate in SAP MDG blueprinting sessions, contribute to the design & documentation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring they meet client business requirements while maintaining technical integrity. Define the data requirements and structure for the SAP MDG, model the data structure, and maintain master data models & process workflows within SAP MDG.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand SAP MDG requirements. Document key design decisions on data model & process workflow, configuration & integration.
Develop a prototype of SAP MDG. Configure and customize SAP MDG according to the functional documentation. Define the lifecycle of change requests from creation to approval, adapting to various business scenarios.
Proficiency in Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+). Develop the validation rules and logic for UI fields to ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules.
Collaborate closely with project functional & technical teams (on-shore and off-shore) on the implementation of the requirements and ensuring effective and accurate data replication processes between SAP MDG and other systems.
Engage in risk management activities, handling escalations, and resolving issues efficiently. This includes conducting root cause analysis and issue resolution during the go-live and hypercare phases.
Prepare training documentation.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and effective use of SAP MDG.
