Material Planning Specialist with Spanish

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining capacity plans, production schedules and/or finite schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.
  • Set and manage replenishment strategy and associated parameters for raws & packs responsible in the network in line with inventory policies and targets
  • Review MRP output and inventory projections, manage material exceptions across the tactical horizon in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (Supply Network Planner, Commercial and Procurement, External Suppliers, etc.)
  • Define strategic material needs to ensure timely availability in the right quantity and quality. Conduct financial valuations of supply planning decisions
  • Participate in department and company initiatives requiring the expertise of a supply planner. Activities could include but are not limited to consensus seasonal teams, new product introduction teams, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
  • Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership.

Our requirements

  • Very Good English skills min. C1.
  • Good Spanish skills min. B2.
  • Demonstrated experience in materials or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understand of at least advanced planning systems and its functionality, e.g. Kinaxis, o9 Solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, applied math or other relevant degree.
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
