This is a new role located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You will join our Material Planning Department and will report directly to the Material Planning Manager.



The aim of this position is to ensure an adequate level of materials and components supply to meet production requirements. On a daily basis, you will cooperate with suppliers and colleagues from other local functions, especially from procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, accounting, and technology departments.



What you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and optimal inventory levels;
2. Monitoring and evaluating suppliers OTD;
3. Identifying critical points and preparing contingency plans;
4. Building and developing good relationships with suppliers;
5. Ensuring inventory optimization to counteract overstocking and material shortages;
6. Checking and updating supplier lead time and minimum order;
7. Expediting/delaying/cancelling existing orders;
8. Setting appropriate safety stock/time parameters;
9. Close cooperation with warehouse administration, procurement, accounting, technology, and suppliers to ensure invoice accuracy by investigating discrepancies related to assigned products.

1. Experience in a similar position;
2. Native Polish and knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing (min. B2);
3. Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel;
4. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;
5. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills;
6. Ability to work under time pressure.
