Responsibilities

• Manages flow of goods at optimal efficiency for dedicated scope
• Responsible for managing stock: BBD & inbound transportation, incl. load building, transport capacity and inbound balancing for dedicated scope
• Performs with supervision inventory management and ensures FIFO in terms of inventory controlling
• Steers transfers between Distribution Centers
• Acts as a contact person of HAVI Supply Chain to suppliers (e.g. exchanges planning figures/forecasts)
• Manages purchase orders for dedicated scope
• Accountable for processing inbound claims with suppliers
• Ensures that the quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements
• Liaises with country Promotions team for supply of promotional articles (adjust load building according to promotions needs)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Min. 1 year of experience in the area and a university degree in Business/Supply Chain
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (min. B2 level)
• Can‑do attitude with ability to work as a team member, but also act independently
• Continues improvement mindset
