About the Role

As a Material Planner, you will be a key part of our global service organization, collaborating with Service Center teams in Sweden, China, Hungary, and Mexico. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of forecasts. Your role will involve quickly resolving issues to meet the needs of both customers and internal teams.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing customer and supplier forecasts, inventory buffers, and analyzing forecast data to identify trends.
• Conducting regular and ad-hoc analyses of customer demand, inventory levels, and supply pipelines.
• Supporting internal teams by delivering high-quality demand and forecast analysis and providing clear answers to forecast-related questions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of forecast data, promptly identifying and resolving data issues.
• Understanding complex planning solutions and applying strong problem-solving skills to improve processes.
• Leveraging your passion for data and analytics to drive decision-making.

What Were Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in demand forecasting, material planning, or supply chain management, ideally in a fast-paced or commodity-driven environment Enjoy working with data and have solid analytical skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a bonus!)
• A self-starter whos comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Great organizational skills, resourceful, and a strong problem solver
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
