Job Description - Material Planner – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Hybrid Katowice (CPG056653)

Inviting applications for the role of Material Planner – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Hybrid Katowice.

Responsibilities

1. Set and manage replenishment strategy and associated parameters for raws & packs responsible in the network in line with inventory policies and targets.
2. Review MRP output and inventory projections, manage material exceptions across the tactical horizon in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (Supply Network Planner, Commercial and Procurement, External Suppliers, etc.).
3. Share material forecast with Procurement and External Suppliers.
4. Update MRP plan balancing inventory and capacity with the objective to meet material demand on-time and in full.
5. Review supplier performance and identify issues and improvement opportunities, liaising with the Commercial and Procurement team.
6. Track and manage phase-in/ phase-out of materials and BOM’s.
7. Flag master data exceptions to Master Data Management Team.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, applied math or other relevant degree.
2. Strong understanding of at least advanced planning systems and its functionality, e.g. Kinaxis, o9 Solutions.
3. Knowledge of ERP functionality, experience with SAP / Oracle / JDE an asset.
4. Demonstrated experience in supply planning (MRP planning, Inventory & Business waste management).
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to immediately contribute in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

1. An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
2. Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn.
