For our Zoetis Financial Shared Services site located in Warsaw, Poland, we are looking for a:

Masterdata Junior/Associate

• Responsible for master data processing, management and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Ensure compliance to overall master data governance framework and standards
• Apply transactional master data standards to Financial Reporting
• Review and execute master data change requests from markets and functional SSC Associates in a timely manner
• Assist SSC Risk and Compliance Manager with development and publishing of metrics to ensure the effectiveness and penetration of master data standards across the shared service organization
• Work closely with functional SSC Associates to resolve master data related discrepancies, issues and queries in a timely manner by escalating to the Masterdata Team Lead as required
• Support master data projects and work with the Zoetis Business Technology team to build data requirements and governance frameworks for future IT projects

• 0-2 years’ experience in SSC preferably working in data governance
• Hands on experience with ERP systems will be an advantage
• Microsoft Access, Excel Macro/VBA skills a big plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of any other language a plus
