For our Client, a global leader in FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Master Data Team Leader with English.

Responsibilities:

• leading a team of up to 12 Master Data Specialists (supervising, motivating, and supporting in complex activities and escalations),
• overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
• designing, developing and implementing MDM solutions and new processes, participating in MDM projects,
• preparing detailed documentation and process instructions,
• maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with local businesses and project leaders to align MDM initiatives,
• ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
• actively supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.

Requirements:

• experience in Master Data Management area and solid knowledge of MDM processes,
• eagerness to learn procedures and readiness to provide substantive support to the team members,
• at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader,
• strong taking ownership attitude,
• fluency in English (at least C1),
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• attention to detail and accuracy.
