Overall Purpose of the Role:

The primary role of this position is to lead people & transformation projects in master data team.

Responsibilities on this position include new process design, governance creation, people management and system design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data, project and people management.

• Process & System Design: Develop, implement and manage, as subject matter expert processes to ensure high data quality standards and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enforce data governance standards for Master Data such as Materials and Purchase Info Records.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and to provide enhanced functionality and improve and enforces all organizational standards related to system enhancements, changes, issues and problems.
• Project participation: Participates in projects in all phases of the project life cycle project identification, feasibility, blueprinting/design, configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, training and handover to support.
• People Management: Lead a team of 6 employees responsible for data processing and governance
• Standardization: Drive the standardization of master data processes across the organization to ensure uniformity and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Transition Planning: Plan and execute the transition of master data processes from local units to the shared service canter, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of master data processes.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools.

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and patterns within master data
• Data Governance: Understanding the principles and practices of data governance, data stewardship, data ownership, and compliance
• Data Quality Management: Ability to establish and maintain data quality standards, data cleansing processes, and data quality rules
• Data Integration: Knowledge of data integration techniques to consolidate and harmonize master data from various sources
• Data Tools: Strong operational experience with data management tools and platforms, including MDM software solutions
• Change Management: Ability to manage changes in master data due to evolving business needs and system updates

• Fluent in English

• Bachelors degree in IT, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing Master Data
• At least 7-year progressive experience with material process
• Proven experience in people management
• Strong operational experience with SAP ERP and SAP MDG is a must

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
