Administer chosen Master Data processes of Customer, Material, Pricing data objects & create data reports in Excel.
Manage micro projects in the above-mentioned areas.
Hold the role of Retrofit Coordinator who acts as a point of contact between the business unit and the Digital Business Services department.
Coordinate the activities of a small Master Data Team in collaboration with a Team Manager.
Address issues and obstacles that the team members face.
Ensure that all team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Prioritise tasks and manage backlog.
Evenly distribute tasks.
Work with the Team Manager on reorganising the team whenever needed to ensure the effectiveness of work and support for critical tasks in case of absences.
What You Need to Succeed
3+ years of experience in Master Data (especially Customer, Material, Pricing).
Experience in coordinating Master Data projects and microprojects, mass data changes, data cleanups.
SAP experience would be an asset.
Proven track record of increasing efficiency of your own or team work.
Process automation experience (VBA, Python, UiPath) would be an asset.
Sense of ownership & responsibility.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Team coordination experience would be an asset.
