High-quality maintenance and analysis of master data records in various systems in accordance with ECCO process and data standards, policies and objectives
Respond to queries from range of stakeholders using various means of communication
Monitor master data quality and actively fix encountered or reported issue
Raise concerns about master data quality, data governance and related issues to the Team Leader
Provide reports and data analysis
Support data cleansing initiatives
Coordinate and actively support business processes, projects and requirements inside and outside the team
Develop and implement data management processes and standards
Provide support and training to users on master data management best practices
Assist in the integration of new systems and data migration projects
Actively look for process improvement opportunities, participates in testing and implementation of new optimization solutions
requirements-expected :
Experience in a Master Data role, with Customer Master Data being an asset
Experience in working in an international company or SSC serving multiple countries will be a plus
Attention to details and quality
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to run data analysis
Firm understanding of data standards and objectives
SAP experience
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills
