           The primary role of this position is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the organization’s master data. This role involves processing data change tickets, data governance support, quality management, integration, and support to maintain a single source of truth for critical business data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, process mapping, process design, and project management.
 Key responsibilities include: -  Master Data Processing: Receive, validate & process structured data requests (vendor, customer, material) for completeness and compliance with internal rules. 
-  Standardization: Drive the standardization of master data processes across the organization to ensure uniformity and compliance with internal and external standards. 
-  Transition: Execute the transition of master data processes from local units to the shared service canter, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 
-  Data Governance: Support enforcement of data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards. 
-  Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of master data processes. 
-  Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools. 
Technical skills: -  ERP Systems: Proficiency in SAP ERP (especially SAP MDG) for creating, maintaining, and validating master data records 
-  Data Governance: Understanding of data ownership, stewardship, and compliance frameworks 
-  Data Quality Management: Ability to maintain data quality standards, data cleansing processes, and data quality rules 
Language skills: -  Fluent in English and German (advanced working proficiency required) 
Education requirements: Required job experience: -  Experience with SAP ERP and SAP MDG or other related master data management tools is a must 
-  Experience processing data tickets relating to customer, vendor, materials.
