Execute daily operational tasks related to Master Data (Product, Material, Vendor or Customer), including data creation, extension and maintenance,
First point of contact for business teams (e.g. sales, customer service, planning, production) concerning operational issues with master data or requests to manage data,
Conduct complex ad hoc audits to identify and correct discrepant or invalid data, ensuring data quality control,
Regular monitoring Master Data quality and actively promoting sustainable master data culture,
Ensure all Master Data changes are made in accordance with established procedures and standards,
Prepare and update internal processes and manuals,
Prepare reports or analysis related to Master Data,
Participate in different business projects that include master data requests,
Promptly escalate incidents and issues related to Master Data, working closely with relevant teams for resolution,
Collaborate with IT and business units to develop and enhance data models for improved analytics and reporting capabilities,
Support data cleansing activities,
Provide training to end-users on Master Data management processes and best practices.
requirements-expected :
At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role within Master Data,
Experience with either SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA and Excel and/or other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI),
Fluency in English (at least B2 level), knowledge of other language would be an asset,
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks under time pressure,
Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail,
Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus,
Proactive approach, with a track record of driving improvements and solving complex problems
Experience with setting up and working with workflow tools and process automation tools.
