Master Data Specialist Are you passionate about optimizing and maintaining master data in SAP? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Master Data Specialist who thrives in balancing data management with process optimization. If you have a passion for automation and structured workflows, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end master data management process, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. Optimizing SAP ECC master data processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is split between two key responsibilities:
Optimization and Automation
Identify opportunities to improve master data processes and implement automated solutions,
Develop and maintain scripts, macros, or tools to enhance data management efficiency,
Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate automation processes into SAP,
Contribute to the development of governance processes and guidelines for data optimization.
Data Creation and Maintenance
Ensure accurate and efficient creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP (e.g., materials, customers, and suppliers),
Perform data quality checks to ensure compliance with business standards,
Support projects and changes related to master data, including migrations and updates,
Establish and enforce master data governance policies, procedures, and standards,
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to master data management within SAP ECC,
Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, finance, supply chain, and other business units, to understand their master data requirements and provide strategic solutions.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience with Master Data Governance topics,
Proficiency in SAP Modules PP, PP-PI, FICO, WM, SD, MM,
Strong IT skills incl. MS Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, Visio,
Detail- oriented and systematic person with change ready attitude,
Focused with ability to accommodate and understand user needs,
Ability to cooperate, with sense of community,
Willing to travel internationally
Fluent written and spoken English.
