Ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data (MD) set ups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009/2012 and SAP S/4HANA as well as other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK training platform) in the following areas: supplier/customer/employee MD, price and product maintenance/finance md
Act as primary point of contact for business requests and questions related to the various areas in the company master data,
Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data,
Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system,
Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regularly scheduled data audit reports
Support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives
Update of internal documentation and work instructions,
Create ad-hoc reports and analysis of the data consistency
Support junior team members
Support SAP 4/S HANA implementation (data validation, UATs, hypercare),
Support future data transition activities connected with team scope changes
Comply and act according to the internal PANDORA procedures related to MD maintenance,
Cooperate with other PANDORA departments on a daily basis and involve in various local and global projects.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 1 years of equivalent experience in Master Data
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP4Hana
Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma certification would be a strong asset
Good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX9 and AX12)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power Point, particularly MS Excel
Advanced English and Polish - verbal and written
Responsible and deadline-oriented
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented plus analytical mindset
Good communication skills, team player
