Job Description: Master Data Specialist
Location : Cracow, Poland
Duration : 6-12+ months with possible further extensions
Role Overview:
As a Master Data Specialist , you will play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of data objects while ensuring compliance with internal rules and policies. Your attention to detail and commitment to data quality will contribute significantly to managing risks associated with third-party interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update data records in compliance systems.
- Analyze master data reports, investigate findings, and escalate issues for further review.
- Respond to business queries, adhering to procedures with a strong focus on data quality.
- Monitor system interfaces and process messages within agreed SLAs and OLAs.
- Collaborate with Data Experts to improve data quality by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliances.
- Support continuous process improvement by identifying process deviations and areas for enhancement in data quality and efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Experience working within regional structures and remotely with multicultural teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to perform recurring tasks with reliability and maintain high-quality standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with the drive to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels.
