about-project :


  • We are a team of eight specialists, highly motivated and communicative. We focus on supporting processes in Navision, AX/D365, and assortment management tools. Based in Szczecin, we work closely with our counterpart team at our headquarters in Kongebakken.
  • Master Data often serves as a source of improvement ideas, which is why we also collaborate with developers and support teams. In addition to ERP process support, we provide data to local users and assist them with any issues they encounter.
  • We are a diverse group with various hobbies, which makes our conversations extend beyond work topics. The atmosphere in our team is very important to us.

responsibilities :


  • Maintaining high-quality data management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all master data.
  • Effective communication: Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information exchange.
  • Product introduction: Manage the setup of new products in the system, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
  • Price management: Set up and update pricing based on agreed contracts, including annual price revisions.
  • Warranty management: Establish and maintain warranty information in the system.
  • Request resolution: Address and resolve requests efficiently, adhering to agreed KPIs.
  • Information sourcing: Effectively gather and validate information to support data management processes.
  • Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team support: Assist colleagues with daily tasks, particularly in global master data management, including new product introductions and price updates and global product launches.

  • ERP system proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, particularly AX/D365 and Navision, with a focus on supporting AX/D365 processes.
  • Team player: Ability to collaborate well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to changes in processes or requirements.
  • Good command of English: Competence in English, both written and spoken, sufficient for effective communication in an international setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ensuring familiarity with master data management processes.
  • Educational background: A higher education degree, preferably in logistics, IT, or a related field.
