Master Data Senior Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Support Master Data transition in the ERP project (Microsoft Dynamics 365) for Matex Lab group
• Creation and change of Master data (Vendors, Customers, Products etc.) following rules and processes for maintenance.
• Support standardization and rule definition for maintenance considering business needs.
• Execute master data changes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 within agreed timelines, triggered by workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics 365 corresponded with requested data changes.
• Check completeness of provided data within a work task for creation or changes of master data and claim actively the completion of data if necessary.
• Support development and extension of master data documentation.
• Contribution and improvement of processes related to the own work area.
• Communication with business stakeholders and provide adequate support to the business stakeholders on arising issues related to master data

Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree, preferred but not limited to in Business Administration, Data Science, Information technology or experiences related to Master Data Governance/Management
• 2+ years of work experience related to Master Data Management
• Experience in Master Data transition in any ERP project (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Well structured, strong executional skills
• Passion for data and business processes
• Very good communication skills in English
• Very good coordination skills and team spirit
