Master Data Manager (MDM / JD Edwards)

Your responsibilities

Manage day-to-day MDM platform administration: users, roles, workflows, data models, hierarchies, match/merge rules, and reference data.
Monitor and optimize MDM jobs, data pipelines, and integrations (APIs/ETL).
Maintain documentation: data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, SLAs, SOPs, configuration baselines.
Define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and approval workflows for domains like Customer, Vendor, Item/Product, Chart of Accounts, Site/Plant.
Oversee master data creation, modification, and deactivation.
Monitor data quality via KPIs and dashboards; perform data profiling and remediation.
Support planning and delivery of MDM and JD Edwards rollouts.
Design and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Our requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP data management (including MDM administration).
Practical experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne master data objects (Address Book, Item, Supplier/Customer, UDCs).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, match/merge techniques, workflow orchestration, and data quality practices.
Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, and system integrations.
Proficiency in SQL and data profiling.
Experience with TIBCO EBX is a plus.
Academic degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong intercultural communication skills.
Excellent writing skills for data and functional documentation.
Highly analytical and logical mindset.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
