Lead global Master Data strategy, structure, and transformation across multiple domains (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales & Marketing).
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance through design and execution of MD processes, policies, and controls.
Own end-to-end master data lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data objects (e.g., Finance RtR, Vendors, Supply Chain).
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and third-party providers to support business transformation and seamless operations.
Act as a subject matter expert in MD, advising on best practices and contributing to project delivery across the organization.
Deliver training and documentation to support internal knowledge and tool adoption.
Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring effective implementation of new or updated MD processes.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, with a proven track record in global or cross-functional environments.
Experience in leading projects or teams and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Strong expertise in SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, FI/CO, and MM; experience with SFA or Veeva is a strong asset.
Proficient in MDM tools (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica) and advanced Excel/data analytics.
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, automation, and data governance best practices.
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to financial and master data management; experience in SOX-controlled environments is a plus.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
