Reporting to the EMEA Master Data Management Improvement Lead, the core objective of the Master Data Management Specialist is to create, change and maintain Customer Master Data and Seller hierarchy for assigned countries in EMEA in a high quality and efficient way. The role entails all Customer Care Master Data Activities in SAP and SFDC and strong involvement in continuous improvement of Master Data related activities to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of business goals & objectives and customer satisfaction.
responsibilities :
Creating, modifying, and maintaining customer, seller and material master data in SAP and other systems
Investigating potential data issues across applications, identifying solutions, and implementing them effectively
Engaging in Master Data activities as part of mergers and acquisitions
Conducting continuous process reviews, identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement to enhance Master Data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Supporting EMEA-wide master data related projects and enhancements
Documenting data management processes, workflows and governance standards
Providing required support for audits (e.g. SOX)
Working closely with diverse functions, including Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Sales
Cultivating a collaborative environment
requirements-expected :
Bachelor education or higher
Experience in (master) data and information management, with a strong affinity for data
Good working knowledge of SAP
Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Informatica IDD/IDQ is a plus
Proficient English and Polish language skills
Additional languages are an asset
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
