Masterdata Project Management
o Work Package Leader in NPI Projects
oSub- Work Package Leader for non- core masterdata functions
oMasterdata Lead in Product Change Management Projects
oPilot small masterdata projects either as part of Product Change Management or part Data Maintenance–
oBe involved in the Strategic Business Projects when MDM support is required
oDrive accountability for data accuracy and delivery on time from all other MI functions
Masterdata Maintenance
oSupport Operational / Production requests for masterdata topics
oMaintain Material Master data integrity/quality
oIdentify systemic gaps in process and propose, implement solutions as part of Continuous Improvement
oWork with Domain and Discipline Experts on business process improvements when gaps are found
oBe part of the periodic data maintenance reviews – especially if requiring corrections and changes
Masterdata Automation / Efficiency
oPropose / develop automated solutions to improve both masterdata and overall Team efficiency
oCollaborate with MDM developers to provide efficiency solutions for masterdata issues either as part of an NPI or regular masterdata maintenance
oUtilise the automation / efficiency solutions delivered

requirements-expected :

Experience of SAP modules like MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD (desirable)
Experience of automation / Efficiency tools like Winshuttle (or something similar)
Experience of Data Analytics / Reporting like PowerBi (or something similar)
Project Management experience – whether as a Work Package Leader or active role
Experience of Product Change Management
Ability to use Agile Project Management tools like JIRA
Experience and knowledge of Manufacturing and Industrial Processes
Experience of Data Transfer projects involving one site to another
Fluency in English and Polish
Good communication skills to lead and influence
