• Managing the data lifecycle for Customer and Supplier master data records
• Managing day-to-day master data management activities across virtual global organization
• Supporting MDM team to define the architecture of the data to be managed globally
• Ensuring business requirements are adequately covered
• Providing quality checks
• Participating in process migration from the local entities to the Centre in Cracow if required
• Supporting users with master data inquiries and resolving issues
• Supporting and participating in Business Transformation Project – S4Hana implementation
• Collaborating with Global Process Organization, Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence
• Regularly updating of process documentation in case of changes
• Taking part in performance measurement exercises
• Supporting process standardization/ process improvements
• Timely responding to supervisor’s questions/ assigned tasks

• Experience in a similar position or any Master Data processes
• Italian at C1 level and English at minimum B2 level
• Good knowledge of SAP master data (MM, PTP, OTC), S4Hana would be an advantage
• Minimum Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Ability to work within European virtual team
• Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders
