The Master Data position at Tornos is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the data quality and accuracy of an organization’s master data. This role play key part in driving data integrity and supporting business processes by overseeing the creation, validation, and updates of core data within enterprise systems. Position combines administrative tasks as well as technical support in the master data related fields, e.g. SAP MM and SD models, The individual will collaborate both with cross-functional teams and company end clients to ensure data alignment with business requirements. Tornos best matching candidate should have key fundamentals from MS Office proficiency combined with personal attitude. SAP work environment is an asset.
responsibilities :
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and management of critical master data, focusing on clients data and spare parts data, equipment records, spare parts catalogues, and e-shop administration.
Providing online and internal clients support via e-shop, Sales Force to and email to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Take ownership for respective business master database ensure data consistency and transparency
Understand interlinks between different master data and know key data users work on data across all Tornos processes
Ensure data availability in order to support business processes
Support other business teams in daily activities
Support the creation and further execution of data management model
Key tasks
Create new clients accounts, new spare parts , new equipment in SAP
Resolve tickets, issues and provide technical support for on-line end customers on e-shop
Plan and execute regular process of data update and upgrade / installed base machine database/
Monitor of data quality and consistency
Performing continuous analysis to support business decisions
Identifying opportunities to improve data management
Execute regular business reporting
Other ad-hoc management requests
