responsibilities :
Act as the primary analytical partner for international markets using the Point of Sales system, supporting them in understanding system capabilities and translating their business needs into clear functional requirements.
Gather, structure, and evaluate market requirements, ensuring alignment with global sales processes and identifying impacts on existing functionalities.
Analyze incidents, defects, and market feedback to determine root causes from both business‑process and system perspectives, and provide well‑founded recommendations for solutions.
Collaborate closely with development, operations, and service providers to clarify requirements, validate solution proposals, and ensure that system enhancements meet business expectations.
Support markets in planning upcoming software changes and releases, including assessing readiness, reviewing scope, and explaining functional impacts.
Review and test system implementations, new features, and bug fixes from an end‑to‑end process perspective to ensure high quality and compliance with market needs.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement clarification sessions with markets and cross‑functional teams to support aligned decision‑making and efficient delivery.
Contribute analytical insights that help shape future improvements of the POS system, including process optimizations and enhancements to the user experience.
requirements-expected :
Solid understanding of business and sales processes within a global, multi‑level organization; experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex process interactions and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Good understanding of technical concepts such as Microsoft Windows environments, networks, and relational databases, including the ability to read and interpret XML and JSON structures would be an asset.
Working knowledge of REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT) and common data formats such as CSV would be an asset.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
High customer orientation, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
Fluent English skills; German language skills would be an asset.
