To our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for experienced Master Data Associate who will be responsible for the overall quality of the data within ERP Systems, abiding by the master data policies and the management of Employee, Vendor, Customer Accounts and Contracts data as well as Employee Asset Database (“EAD”) related matters.
What you’ll do:
Data maintenance:
- Creation and amendment of Vendor, Customer and Employee master data in relevant ISS systems in line with ISS policies.
- Control the updating of 3rd party data sets across a range of central departments.
- Update Job and Job task codes in the NAV system, via approved tickets.
- Updating the EAD with all relevant data.
Review:
- Regular review and analysis of Vendor, Customer and Employee master data in the ISS ERP.
- Ensuring alignment of master data between ERP and subsystems.
- Regular review of existing master data for completeness, accuracy and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Reconcile data from different sources and ensure EAD is updated by working with the IT, Fleet and Payroll teams.
Policy:
- Full review of all change requests, checking for completeness and accuracy to drive adherence to ISS Procurement, Set up and ISS Data Protection Policies (and all other related policies).
- Enforce data rules and policies.
Other control areas:
- Assisting with internal and external audit activities.
- Identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiency, standardisation and rationalisation of master data.
- Identification, support and quality check data gathered in order to identify gaps and errors that need cleansing.
General:
- Meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements regarding timeliness of processing data requests.
- Engage in meetings with other team members, finance and other central teams.
- Develop good relationships across the business and the central UK teams.
- Learn the core process being affected by data.
- Management of special projects as needed in addition to daily activities.
- To adhere to UK and group policies and procedures.
- Participate as required as a team member in other special projects.
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties, as and when required.
Who you will work with:
- Suppliers, business stakeholders, PTP Managers, Procurement, Leaders, Project Managers.
Professional Experience and skills you possess:
Experience:
- Master Data Management and control in Excel and other solutions.
- Working with finance related data and coding.
- Experience with Navision, Concur, Coupa, Maximo, Saffron or other ERP systems and sub-systems is preferable.
- Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable.
- Experience of project working and matrix environments.
- Prior experience of working with an outsourced Finance Shared Service Centre is preferable but not mandatory.
