• We are seeking a Master Data Administrator to join our Team in Poland.
• The candidate will support the Procurement/Customer Service and business teams by creating and updating the item and supplier master data to ensure the data is accurate and complete. Support business projects as well through the mass uploads of master data in accordance with established upload files. Provide basic support to users related to procurement master data records and escalate issues as needed to the Master Data Analyst.

• Maintain Customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with proper procedures and controls to Customers are set up correctly.
• Respond in a timely and professional manner to end user requests and questions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Customer master data to provide basic customer support to users as questions arise.
• Conduct mass updates as needed, following established upload templates and business rules.
• Work established audits to detect and resolve data inconsistencies.

• English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate to end users in various disciplines and various locations throughout the U.S.
• High Achievement, High Support mentality.
• Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive.
• Experience in Oracle, SAP, or Infor LN a plus, must have solid Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
