Ansell is looking for a Martech Solution Architect to join our team in Krakow.
In this position you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of marketing technologies, including CMS, PIM, DAM, and compliance tools like OneTrust, ensuring integration aligns with strategic goals. The role involves selecting, implementing, and optimizing technologies to meet business needs, enhance efficiency, and oversee outsourced resources. Key responsibilities include defining the martech roadmap, integrating innovative technologies, ensuring high performance and compliance of the martech ecosystem to improve marketing capabilities and customer engagement.

Collaborating with our cross functional teams - marketing, IT, and data teams, and reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing and Innovation, you will have the opportunity to:
Strategic Advisory & Roadmap: Provide strategic guidance on digital solutions, drive innovation, and define the MarTech roadmap to align with business goals and technological advancements.
Architecture & Integration: Lead architecture efforts, design integrations for MarTech systems, manage content/data syndication, and oversee automated translation for global reach.
Performance & Quality Management: Optimize website performance, ensure solution quality through testing protocols, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Network & Vendor Management: Manage hosting environments, coordinate vendor evaluations, oversee Martech licenses, and ensure compliance with IT requirements.
Artificial Intelligence: Implement AI-driven solutions, integrate AI into digital platforms, and monitor performance to meet business objectives and standards.
requirements-expected :
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant field of IT/ digital technologies with international exposure.
Solid experience working directly in/ with digital marketing teams.
Very good knowledge of the main marketing technologies: marketing automation, PIM, DAM, CMS, CRM applications.
Demonstrated experience of managing and optimizing a broad portfolio of martech applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong team spirit and ability to build relationships and lead by influence.
Strategic mindset and big picture thinker with ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken).
