Martech Presales Manager
Your responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Martech Presales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on marketing automation, customer journey strategies, and helping them understand how Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce marketing solutions can drive business results. You will work closely with both internal sales teams and clients to design tailored marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Consultative Sales Support:
•Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, marketing challenges, and strategic objectives.
•Provide expert-level advice on how to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce marketing solutions to address marketing and customer journey needs.
•Deliver tailored presales presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Salesforce marketing solutions in the context of the client’s industry and goals.
Marketing Automation Strategy:
•Collaborate with clients to design and implement marketing automation strategies that optimize customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
•Develop integrated, data-driven marketing solutions that align with customer journey strategies, driving brand awareness, lead nurturing, and sales conversion.
Customer Journey Mapping:
•Guide clients in mapping and optimizing their customer journeys to create seamless, personalized experiences across various touchpoints.
•Advise on segmentation strategies, campaign automation, and personalization techniques to improve the customer lifecycle.
Solution Architecture:
•Work closely with technical teams to define solutions that meet client requirements while maximizing the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
•Provide advice on the technical setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure smooth integration with other business systems, including CRM, data management, and Data Cloud.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
•Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and leadership teams, to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance.
•Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to support the sales process, from initial engagement through to the final proposal and closure.
Thought Leadership & Education:
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the Martech and digital marketing space.
•Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate clients on marketing automation, Salesforce tools, and industry best practices.
Sales Enablement & Content Creation:
•Create presales collateral, use cases and white papers to communicate the value of Salesforce solutions in addressing marketing challenges.
•Support sales teams in crafting compelling proposals, RFP responses, and bids that highlight the strategic and business value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
