At Displate, our Marketplace thrives on the creativity of thousands of artists from around the world. As our Artists Community Growth Lead you will be the main point of connection between Displate and the artist community. Your role is to help us grow and energize our network by leading outreach, building an active online presence, and supporting our top creators. In this role, you’ll be the primary link between Displate and our artists. We are looking for someone with proven social media growth and outreach experience, cultivating a vibrant online presence and offering dedicated support to our top creators. If you’re passionate about art, community-building, and creative collaboration, we’d love to meet you.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and execute outreach campaigns to attract new artists at scale, with a strong focus on the U.S.
• Manage and grow our artist community across online platforms like Discord and Reddit.
• Support and maintain strong relationships with VIP artists, offering personalized attention and care.
• Oversee the “Community Picks” program, where the artist community votes on artworks to feature.
• Represent Displate in artist-facing events, both online and in person.
• Join brand partnership discussions and advise on artist engagement opportunities with prominent pop culture brands.
• Work closely with Artist Support, Marketing, and Brand teams to align community activities with company goals.
• Stay plugged into the latest in digital art, fan culture, and online creator trends.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in community management, creator relations, or artist outreach.
• Proven ability to manage and grow online communities on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
• Experience running outreach programs and recruiting creators at scale.
• Deep understanding of online pop culture, fandoms, gaming, and digital art communities.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with creators and managing sensitive conversations.
• Comfortable speaking at events and meeting artists in various formats.
• Able to work independently while syncing with a global team.
• Native-level fluency or excellent command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working on brand partnerships or collaborations in creative industries.
• Familiarity with the tools and platforms used by digital artists.
