Content at Scale & Modern Marketing Execution - design content operating models to support omni-channel marketing at scale, reducing cost, time-to-market and improving personalization and brand consistency.
Intelligent Marketing Performance – partner with data scientists to build performance frameworks, leveraging 1st and 3rd-party data for predictive analytics and real-time campaign optimization
MarTech Advisory - develop and execute MarTech strategies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce), activating GenAI tools for key marketing use cases.

Oferujemy
10+ years of experience in marketing transformation, brand strategy, or MarTech consulting — ideally in a consulting or agency environment or within marketing departments on the client side.
Strong background in at least one of the following: brand development, marketing product management, comms strategy, marketing transformation and advisory, marketing operations and delivery models.
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (CDPs, CRMs, CMS etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
Fluent English and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable influencing at the executive level.
Agile mindset with strong project leadership and organizational abilities.
