Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

To our dynamic Campaigns team in the Laboratory Weighing unit, we seek for a Marketing Support Specialist .

Your main task will be to support the team in administrative tasks related to content creation and marketing documentation management .

Your tasks:

1. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the marketing team’s daily operations.
2. Independently manage document-related tasks including change requests, uploads to sales and marketing repositories, and ensuring proper tagging and archiving of documents for easy retrieval.
3. Oversee the planning and execution of global email campaigns, working closely with the eBusiness team, supporting them in developing engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Management teams to create compelling email content for global campaigns.
5. Coordinate other assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company strategy.

What You Need to Succeed

1. At least 2 years of working experience in administration, marketing or similar field in an international organization, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
3. Knowledge of MS Office.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with focus on details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willingness to grow in the marketing area.
