  • capability to work in a cross-functional environment and effectively coordinate activities across teams;
  • experience in operational marketing or field marketing, with a solid understanding of marketing processes and strategies

What we offer

Your tasks

  • drive the implementation of global strategies across the region through strategic communications, project management, and ensuring accountability within local teams;
  • manage and document key operational processes, including the go-to-market strategy and Theater POD Model, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals;
  • lead the semi-annual planning process across the region, aligning stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
  • oversee the adoption of the Marketing Playbook and implementation of the Tech & Reporting roadmap, ensuring tools and platforms address Field Marketers needs;
  • conduct bi-weekly Theater POD meetings, updating pipeline forecasts (direct and partner), and preparing weekly forecast reports on demand, KPIs, and progress toward goals;
  • identify opportunities to streamline processes and represent regional operational needs, risks, and priorities to global and functional marketing teams;
  • consolidate regional requirements for data and reporting, collaborating with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights;
  • maintain alignment with Virtual Demand Center leaders to prioritize business and operational objectives effectively
