Role Description

Job Purpose

Your role is to bring a positive impact on the Princes/ Wielkopolski brand in close collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Manager and marketing team. You will be part of the marketing team and help drive the marketing agenda for Princes/ Wielkopolski brands and to achieve business planned brand results. You will be supporting the implementation of the brand plan for Princes/ Wielkopolski and to deliver/execute all related brand and shopper marketing, as well as product and assortment activities for Princes / Wielkopolski brand (in PL/CEE) working closely within the Marketing Team for PL/CEE.

You will be working very closely with various disciplines within the organisation eg. Sales, Technical, Buying, Customer Service, Stock Control, NPD and Innovation Teams to deliver the brand objectives.

Externally you will be managing contacts with our local agencies/partners.

You will be direct reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Wielkopolski and Princes).

Principal Responsibilities

  1. To support the development and delivery of the annual Princes’ brand plans including NPD, communication/media plans and social and online media support.
  2. Responsible for the internal marketing and branding for Princes’ brands (newsletters etc).
  3. Deliver new product development projects from start to finish and to coordinate this with internal/external parties (packaging, labels).
  4. Coordinate the Princes’ brands specs, guidelines for internal/external use.
  5. Manage the brand identity and packaging quality through keeping design/artwork up to date, accurate and on track and to manage this with printers, suppliers, agencies and internal departments/process steps.
  6. Packaging management (labels, checks, approvals and changes).
  7. Project management for NPD/Innovations, brand events, activations.
  8. Social media, online, digitalisation plans and projects, including website update.
  9. Support brand with trade marketing tools (POS/Displays/Consumer contests) in stores.
  10. Analyse, track and monitor our brand performance using Nielsen, GFK data and internal sales data.

Role Requirements

  1. A minimum (commercial, marketing management or relevant) Bachelor degree.
  2. Min 1-2 year and preferably 2-3 year consumer experience with brand/marketing management within B2C environment, preferably but not exclusively FMCG/Food and ideally in PL/CEE market.
  3. Proven success in consumer brand marketing. Experience in product, brand, trade marketing and/or category management is a plus.
  4. Preferably with a digital/online experience in marketing.
  5. Some level of experience working with retail customers would be a benefit, preferably in Polish market.
  6. Good understanding of Nielsen/GFK data and reporting, monitoring.
  7. Polish & English speaking is a must. Must be native in Polish. Multi-language skills are preferred (CZ, SL, H etc.).
  8. Competent in Microsoft packages.
