Responsibilities
- Coordinate the portfolio initiatives for Smoke‑Free Products throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high quality and completeness of all RPC (Regional Product Committee) and CPC (Central Product Committee) submissions.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated markets, supporting them during the RPC and CPC processes.
- Develop communication and deployment plans, share best practices with other markets, and collaborate closely with the Global Brand team when needed.
- Support markets to ensure quality of execution, including timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Participate and/or lead ad‑hoc projects and analysis for the region.
- Develop and monitor analytics for Smoke‑Free Products portfolio performance across markets.
- Prepare comprehensive updates for the Regional Management Team.
- Track performance of New Product Launches, including strike‑rate monitoring, forward‑looking estimates, stock coverage and LOGD exposure.
- Coordinate and lead the RPC calendar, ensuring high submission standards and facilitating training for new colleagues.
- Follow up on submission quality tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven project management skills, including coordination of complex, multi‑market initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience acting as a SPOC or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.
- Knowledge of marketing processes, particularly related to product launches and portfolio management.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to lead or contribute to ad‑hoc projects as needed.
- Familiarity with regional and central product committee (RPC/CPC) processes is a plus.
