Overview
Marketing Specialist role at Insly in Warsaw, Poland. You will help drive Insly’s growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and external partners to create impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and turn marketing activity into real business results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, email, events, webinars, partnerships).
- Generate inbound interest and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that turn into real sales opportunities.
- Support product launches, feature releases, and customer success stories.
- Manage paid campaigns and decide how to best spend our €4,000/month marketing budget.
- Collaborate with our SEO agency to improve website performance and visibility.
- Develop content ideas (case studies, blog posts, landing pages, product materials) in cooperation with our team.
- Track performance, analyze data, and report results with clear insights on ROI and growth potential.
- Bring fresh ideas, experiment, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven record of driving lead generation and measurable growth.
- Hands-on experience across multiple channels (paid, content, events, email, social).
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to get people on board.
- A curious, proactive mindset and comfort working independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, or other marketing automation tools.
