Your responsibilities:

  • You’ll plan, create & execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, (blogs, case studies, articles, social media post, email marketing, SEO optimization, and web & content marketing) or other agreed activities to achieve specific business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  • You’ll create and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development.
  • Youll also manage social media content - organic and paid social campaigns and identify measurable outcomes
  • You’ll be taking care of online and social media channels, including: preparation of marketing and promotional materials, monitoring and analysis of the market in terms of trends and competition activities, organization of local and international promotional fairs, coordination, script of a corporate film, product session and others, analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to optimize them, as well as developing company communication materials
  • You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation
  • You’ll manage and maintain company websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
  • You’ll monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • You’’ll achieve business goals in cooperation with other teams within the organization and collaborate with external teams to ensure timely & effective project implementation. Achieving marketing goals and building a strong brand by increasing consumer awareness
  • You’ll establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders. Youll identify and nurture strategic partnerships & alliances with other businesses and organizations in Poland that can enhance the companys marketing efforts
  • Youll ensure that all marketing activities are in compliance, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements (internal and external).


Skills & Experience:

We understand that there will be strengths and weaknesses, but we expect competency in the important areas of digital and traditional marketing. Candidates should be experienced in the general disciplines of marketing. Experience in creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns on the B2B market - knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing and understanding the principles of content marketing.

  • Experience in running offline and online campaigns for B2B
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, social media (Linkedin, YT, FB, IG management tools, writing posts, articles, newsletters & communications materials), content creation, led acquisition and conversion, email marketing software, knowledge and experience in social media campaigning, communication, and content creation, excellent writing skills. SEO principals understanding, ability to implement and adjust non-technical part of SEO
  • Experience in preparing photo/video materials is desirable
  • Fluent oral and written English (communication in multinational teams, writing skills in Polish and English - social media content creation, case studies and press releases)
  • Ability to plan and coordinate the organization of local and international fairs and events as well as the production of appropriate promotional materials dedicated to the event
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator focus (at a level enabling the creation of simple graphic works or editing and locating master materials prepared by HQ)
  • A positive “can do” attitude.
