As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in:
Crafting and executing impactful marketing initiatives,

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting ✍: Develop engaging content for diverse channels, including social media, websites, and marketing brochures.
Social Media Management : Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), create compelling posts, and interact with our community to enhance brand visibility.
Paid Advertising Coordination : Work closely with external agencies on paid advertising campaigns, overseeing budget allocation and campaign execution.
Website Management : Regularly update the website content and optimize for SEO to increase traffic and user engagement.
Data Analysis : Analyze performance metrics from various campaigns and draw actionable insights to refine future strategies.
Project Support : Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and podcasts that support brand goals and drive engagement.
Research : Conduct research to support new projects and campaigns, including trend analysis and competitive insights.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with proven skills in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong 360-degree competencies : Ability to juggle various tasks and coordinate with multiple departments, including sales and design.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency with tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Team Player : Experience in coordinating work across teams, with a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Adaptability : Quick learner, with a strong drive to stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Language Proficiency : Native Polish speaker, excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
