About the Team

This role sits within the Corporate Business Relationship Management (BRM) group, which leads business development and marketing efforts for Fitch Ratings’ corporate market segment across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Central Asia. The successful candidate will also support the wider team responsible for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support senior team members in developing and executing marketing plans to generate new rating mandates and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials including pitchbooks, case studies, tombstones, and corporate coverage slides.
  • Research and identify new transaction‑originated opportunities and support the development of persuasive marketing arguments.
  • Monitor market activity and trends using online platforms to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in competitor intelligence and analysis, and maintain team activity logs.
  • Attend external client meetings with senior team members and assist with follow‑up actions.
  • Use Salesforce to record marketing activities and manage targeted mailings.
  • Support the tender and RFP process, schedule meetings, and help organize local events.

You May Be a Good Fit If

  • You hold a degree, preferably in finance or a business‑related subject.
  • You have experience preparing marketing/business development materials using PowerPoint.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • You are fluent in Polish and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
