- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality management team, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and client expectations.
- Oversee daily team operations with a focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and timely quality reviews of marketing campaigns and sales support activities.
- Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance frameworks and performance measurement tools to ensure consistency and excellence across marketing deliverables.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and targeted process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify process gaps and implement innovative, scalable solutions.
- Ensure the ongoing evaluation and refinement of quality standards, audit procedures, QA tools, and workflows to reflect industry best practices.
- Monitor compliance with corporate policies, marketing standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability within the team.
- Conduct detailed audits of campaign workflows and marketing outputs, managing timely resolution of issues in coordination with leadership.
- Support the development and execution of corrective action plans to address quality deficiencies and reduce compliance risks.
- Lead onboarding, training, and upskilling initiatives to ensure team members maintain proficiency in marketing quality protocols and procedures.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, or related roles within a marketing or digital environment.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing or coordinating QA or operations teams (e.g., as Team Leader, Backup TL, or Coordinator).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving outcomes across competing priorities.
- Expertise in QA tools, performance monitoring systems, and reporting dashboards; strong general digital and technical proficiency.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and within team settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support global operations and meet business demands.
