Marketing Purchasing Specialist



Your responsibilities

  • Total responsible for purchasing merchandise/giveaways.
  • Find and compare suppliers.
  • Collect offers and samples.
  • Quality check of samples, involving internal departments.
  • Negotiate offers.
  • Coordinate purchase/delivery process.
  • Distribute merchandise among NRF entities.
  • Researching and establishing relationships with factories and suppliers.
  • Managing orders from suppliers – deadlines and delivery.
  • Come up with new merchandise/giveaways ideas.
  • Working with(in) budgets,
  • Daily work with the ERP system to keep information up-to-date.
  • Managing product catalogues with stock information up to date.
  • You will be part of an international marketing team and have daily contact with them.

Our requirements

  • Good level of English - min B2 (written and spoken).
  • PC Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel).
  • Open to business trips (approx. once per Q.).
  • Strong skills in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Quick learner.
  • Driving license.
