Project Manager – Customer Experience
As a Project Manager in the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for implementing data science solutions to support marketing activities across various regions. Your role includes coordinating collaboration between the Data Science team in Krakow and local marketing teams, translating analytical model results into actionable marketing activities, and ensuring projects have a real business impact. You will work with the global CX leader to create standards for implementing analytics solutions and reporting on progress.
Responsibilities
- Planning and leading the implementation of analytical models (e.g., churn, propensity, AI journey) in the marketing area.
- Coordinating collaboration between the DS frontend developer team (Krakow) and local marketing teams.
- Organizing quarterly steerCo meetings to unlock implementation barriers.
- Co‑creating marketing campaigns based on insights from statistical models.
- Working with Category Managers to implement solutions in specific product categories and build awareness of model usage.
- Preparing reports for the Global CX Lead on project status, progress, obstacles, and recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of global standards for implementing data science solutions in marketing and supporting teams in understanding and adapting analytics solutions.
