Overview

We’re looking for a talented and creative Middle Marketing Designer to join the ASO/ASA direction at Kiss My Apps. Our ideal candidate is not just an executor but a designer with critical thinking, who can analyze tasks, make independent decisions, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Someone who actively works with AI tools, isn’t afraid to suggest improvements, optimize workflows, and think outside the box. We value openness in communication, teamwork, the ability to take feedback constructively, and maintain a healthy, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Quickly integrate into the team’s workflows and tools.
  2. Create high-quality creatives for ASO and ASA directions.
  3. Switch between different tasks and products without losing quality.
  4. Develop both animated and static creatives.
  5. Actively participate in meetings, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
  6. Research and implement AI tools into daily work.
  7. Suggest fresh ideas to improve processes and creatives.
  8. Enjoy your craft and convey that energy through your design.

Challenges

Challenges for the first three months:

  • Create static and motion creatives for the App Store.
  • Develop and propose new concepts to improve performance.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, and team reviews.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain consistent work quality.

Challenges for the first six months:

  • Increase creative effectiveness by improving their quality and visual impact.
  • Implement automation tools and optimize workflows.
  • Master new AI solutions and integrate them into daily work.
  • Establish active collaboration with other teams.
  • Analyze the performance of your own creatives and the competitive landscape.

What we expect from you

  1. Strong proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools.
  2. Understanding of composition, rhythm, typography, and modern design trends.
  3. Knowledge of App Store platform requirements and creative format specifics.
  4. Experience creating marketing creatives for performance or brand communication.
  5. Basic understanding of performance advertising principles.
  6. Ability to work according to briefs and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Proactive team player with initiative and a desire for continuous growth.
  8. Willingness to work in a strong team and make a real impact on the product.

Important: there is an option to reserve positions for conscripts after a trial period, provided that they have properly executed military registration documents and the company has internal capacity, as determined in accordance with applicable law.

Hiring process

  1. Interview with the recruiter — up to 45 minutes to discuss your expectations and the KMA culture.
  2. Test task — a practical assignment close to real-life creative challenges.
  3. Technical interview with the Creative Marketing Lead and Design Team Lead — to better understand your approach and way of thinking.
