Ready for your next chapter? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Poland. The role is based in Warsaw.

We are looking for an experienced, creative Marketing Manager with a strong digital focus and a passion for culture, literature, and sound.

About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will use business understanding and consumer insights to make informed decisions that support the long-term value of the Storytel brand. In this role, you will design and execute digital, social, and offline marketing campaigns for audiobook and e-book audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading marketing campaigns to drive subscription growth, user engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Launching and positioning local audio titles to ensure cultural relevance and strong audience awareness.
  • Collaborating with agencies and internal teams (content, editorial, product, PR) to deliver integrated marketing communications, including campaign adaptations and special projects (e.g. audio innovation, digital formats, narrative-driven campaigns).
  • Managing campaign budgets and make financial decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Working closely with content, production, PR, and events teams to maximize campaign impact.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 360° marketing within media, publishing, entertainment, or digital industries.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including positioning, creative development, audio/video formats, audience identification, media strategy, and product launches.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with experience in storytelling, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to lead campaigns independently and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to give and receive constructive input.
  • High personal and professional standards, with alignment to Storytel’s values.
